The short version: this site doesn't track you. We collect what you choose to send us through the contact form, and we use it only to reply.

Who we are
This policy covers the website at flyte.bio, operated by FLYTE Bio LLC (“FLYTE Bio,” “we,” “us”). Questions about it, or requests about your information, go to jeff@flyte.bio.
It covers this website only. Services we provide to clients, and our Tetri software, are governed by our agreements with those clients.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you use our contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company, role, what you're looking for, and your timeline. If you email us directly, we receive your email and anything in it.
Technical information. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic request information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to run and secure the site, not to identify or profile you.
We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and we don't buy or receive information about you from other sources through this site.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and, if you'd like to work together, to follow up about it. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
If you're in the EU or UK: we process contact form information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, and to take steps you've asked for before entering into an agreement.
Cookies and similar technologies
We don't use cookies on this site. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking.
We store two small preferences in your own browser (using “local storage,” not cookies), and only after you take an action:
- Theme: whether you chose the light or dark version of the site.
- Notice: that you've dismissed our cookie notice, so it doesn't keep appearing.
Neither is sent to us or to anyone else, and neither identifies you. You can clear them anytime through your browser settings.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, including Calendly (for booking calls), Tetri, and The Biotech Voyager. Those sites have their own privacy practices. For example, if you book a call, Calendly handles that booking under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and our business, such as our hosting provider and email provider, and only as needed for them to do that. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them when asked. Hosting logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing jeff@flyte.bio. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU, or the UK), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
